History and Philosophy

Swaysland Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. (SPEC) was established in 1990 to assist in the solution of a wide variety of building and construction problems.  More than thirty years of experience from new and remedial design to forensic engineering and troubleshooting have provided SPEC professionals with a unique set of capabilities, depth of knowledge and valuable insight into South Florida's construction industry.
